About Us
Hey, I’m Kelly.
Also known as: the sneakiest paparazzi, your own personal hype-girl, your biggest and (sometimes) loudest cheerleader. I consider myself extremely lucky to be invited into so many meaningful moments — connecting with amazing people (that’s you) and preserving your memories is easily the best part of my job.
In my free time, you’ll often find me out with friends during happy hour, scheming up my next travel adventure, or snuggled up on the couch with my pup, Tillie, binge watching New Girl! I prefer donuts to cake, sweatpants to real pants, and the Vikings to Packers ;)
My Other Half.
This beauty right here is my lovely wife, Hannah — she’s the realist to my idealist, super witty and fun, and is the other photographer here at KRP :) I couldn’t ask for a better partner in both life and business!
While I tend to sip my coffee, she tends to guzzle hers ;) Old movies, vintage style, and geraniums are a few of her favorite things. She grew up in Africa, but thankfully Minnesota won her over!
Her signature line is “So I heard in this podcast…” which might also explain how she’s such a wealth of knowledge ;)
I honestly cannot tell you how lucky my husband and I feel that we found Kelly and Hannah to be our photographers! They are so laid back and make you feel so comfortable while in front of the camera. They are also incredibly organized throughout the entire planning process and helped create a timeline for the day of the wedding to help everything run smoothly. They went above and beyond time and time again! They are amazing photographers, but also amazing people!! We are happy to now call them friends.

This Is Us
There’s no simple way to describe us, but if you’re familiar with the Enneagram — Hannah is a 9 and I’m a 3w2 :) I like to think of us as the perfect yin + yang energy for whatever we’re photographing: weddings, families, seniors, and all the in-between moments.
I have a go-getter, “get shit done efficiently” type of personality paired with an optimistic and encouraging vibe — keeping things moving, organized, and running smoothly while making sure everyone feels comfortable and is having a good time! Hannah brings a calm, laid-back presence with an incredible eye for candid moments. She has this way of blending in effortlessly while also literally making friends with everyone she meets!
Whether we’re working through a wedding timeline, wrangling family chaos, or guiding a senior session, we’re always paying attention to the little things — light, weather, energy, timing — so you get the best possible experience and images! We know when to step in with direction and when to step back and let things unfold naturally.
At the end of the day, we’re all about balance — being personal but professional, structured but flexible, and making sure you feel comfortable enough with us that the real moments and connection can actually happen.
